In response to recent COVID-19 concerns, we are writing to assure our clients that we are taking recommended precautions.
To Our Valued Clients:
We want to provide you with an update on how we are responding to the COVID-19 situation. Due to current conditions, we have to protect the health and well being of our staff and you, the client. So, in the immediate future, we would ask that clients remain outside the building/hospital and call the office from the parking lot. We just can not allow numerous clients to be in our waiting room for your protection and ours. Please try to postpone routine visits/vaccinations and emergencies/ill pets will be seen but clients should remain outside. We will come get your pet, take them inside and deliver them to you when we are done. The same will be asked of you picking up medication, food or boarding pets. The main concern is that if one of our staff gets ill we will be forced to close for a minimum of 14 days, if not longer. WE DO NOT WANT THAT TO HAPPEN so we have to take these extreme measures. There will be no exceptions until this crisis has passed.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
